1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ATS Optimizer, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless otherwise required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use the service for unlawful activity, spam, or abusive automation.

You must not upload content that violates privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or applicable regulations.

4. AI Assistance and Output Responsibility

ATS Optimizer provides automated scoring and writing assistance. Outputs are provided for informational and drafting purposes and should be reviewed by you before use.

We do not guarantee interview outcomes, hiring decisions, or specific score improvements.

5. Plans and Changes

Plan terms renew based on the selected interval unless canceled. Pricing, taxes, fees, and processing terms may apply where relevant and legally required.

Plan limits, pricing, and packaging may be updated. Material updates are reflected in product surfaces and policy revision dates.

6. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content only to provide and improve service functionality.

7. Privacy and Cookies

We use essential and optional cookies to operate and improve the service. You can manage your cookie preferences using the cookie controls shown in the app.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse service limits, or create platform security risk.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion options are available in your Profile area.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of specific hiring outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service period.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
