airesumegrader (also referred to as ATS Optimizer, "we," "our," or "us") provides resume analysis and improvement tools, including ATS scoring, rewriting assistance, and resume-building features.

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• Account data, such as name, email, and login credentials.
• User-submitted content, such as resumes, job descriptions, and inputs used for scoring or rewriting.
• Technical and usage data, such as device/browser details, IP address, and feature interactions.
• Billing and subscription metadata when paid features are used.
• Support and feedback submissions.

The airesumegrader Chrome extension uses the following permissions:

• `activeTab`: used to interact with the current tab when extension features are used.
• `storage`: used to store extension state locally (for example, extracted job description text, task state, and feedback draft state).
• `host_permissions` for `https://api.airesumegrader.com/*`: used to send requests to our backend APIs.
• `content_scripts` on <all_urls>: used to enable job-description extraction from the active page when extension functionality is invoked.

When you use extension features, the extension may read visible text from the current page to extract job-description content, and may capture page title and URL for task context.

Although the extension is permitted to run on many URLs, it only reads page content when you explicitly activate extension features (for example, extracting a job description or running a scan flow).

The extension does not collect full browsing history and is not designed to monitor all browsing activity outside its resume-analysis functionality.

To provide ATS scoring and rewrite features, relevant content may be transmitted securely to our backend, including:

• Job-description text extracted from the current page.
• Resume text you upload or select.
• Task metadata needed to return analysis results.

We collect and process only the data necessary to provide resume-analysis and account functionality.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not collect unrelated browsing activity or track users across websites for advertising purposes.

We use personal data to:

• Provide and operate core product functionality.
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse or fraud.
• Improve service quality, reliability, and feature performance.
• Process billing and manage subscriptions.
• Respond to support, legal, and compliance requests.

We may share data with service providers that help us run the platform (for example, hosting, analytics, payments, and infrastructure providers). We may also disclose data when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, security, and integrity of our users and systems.

We do not sell personal data for monetary compensation.

• Go to `Dashboard - Account - Danger Zone - Delete My Account`.
• Or contact us at support email below for deletion assistance.

For extension local data, you can clear extension data in Chrome extension settings or remove the extension from Chrome.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Your data may be processed in countries where our providers or systems operate. We use reasonable measures to protect personal data transferred across borders.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by revising the "Last updated" date.
